Moderator update January 4, 2013 Please be advised that there are unauthorized versions of these pins being sold from China directly to individuals not associated with Disney. No one can guarantee the authenticity of this pin. Some counterfeits were found with the gap between Mickey's ear and his hand filled in with silver-toned metal. Along with the silver piece connecting Mickey's ear with his hand the blue on the counterfeit pin is darker than the original. Also looking at the stamp on the back, it is much bigger than the original as well. RELEASED: JUNE 2005
