Star Wars Action News FacebookRebelscum.com reported that George Lucas is retiring from "blockbuster" film-making. This information comes from an extensive profile of The Maker published in The New York Times as he returns to the spotlight with Red Tails. Here's the quote: "I'm retiring," Lucas said. "I'm moving away from the business, from the company, from all this kind of stuff." Red Tails will be George's last big project, except for Indiana Jones 5. Yes, he is apparently still planning to do another one. He will also be returning to art house film-making, where he began his film career so many years ago. But what about Star Wars?! Don't get your hopes up fanboys and girlies. When asked directly, George replied with the following: "Why would I make any more when everybody yells at you all the time and says what a terrible person you are?"
